As of writing, the Illuminate Faction is not confirmed if it will be added as the third faction for Helldivers 2.

Since most of the factions from the first game are featured in the latest installment of Helldivers - Terminids (Bugs) and Automatons (Cyborgs), it might be possible that we may see the return of the Illuminate Faction in a future update!
