Destroy all the cannons surrounding the Sea Platform hut to the west of Stone Watcher Island. You may obtain the Piece of Heart from the Sea Platform afterwards.

Stone Statue Triforce Shard

Equip the Power Bracelets and lift the stone statue to reveal a hole. Jump inside, visit each room, and defeat all enemies to continue.

After clearing all rooms, enter the final room and play Wind's Requiem to reveal a chest which contains a Triforce Shard.
