Great Fairy

You can get your Rupee Wallet upgraded by a Fairy on Northern Fairy Island. Bomb the large boulder blocking the way into the conch shell to enter the Fairy Fountain, then talk to the Great Fairy to receive the upgrade.

Submarine
A submarine can be found within the C1 quadrant. Enter and defeat the Moblins inside. Afterwards, climb up the ropes and open the treasure chest to obtain Treasure Chart 22.
