How to Fight the Ice Giant

How to Fight

The best way to deal with the Ice Giant is to burn it using the Igni Sign or bombs like the Dragon's Dream Bomb and the Dancing Star Bomb. The Ice Giant is vulnerable to the burning status and if done enough times, you can kill the Ice Giant without hitting it with your Silver Sword.

Remember to constantly protect yourself with the Quen Sign since their attacks deal a significant amount of damage especially when they have already picked up the anchor as their weapon.

What Preparations to Make?

You should use your Silver Sword and coat it with Ogroid oil to deal bonus damage to them. Prepare bombs that can burn him like the Dragon's Dream Bomb and the Dancing Star Bomb.

Special Sign Effects

  • Igni - If your Sign Intensity is high enough, you can use this sign to burn it repeatedly until it dies.
