The beads and medallion mentioned above all improve ranged weapon damage, rifle ammo, and accuracy, which are all useful when aiming exclusively for headshots.

Praecisione

It is recommended to use the Praecisione for maximum accuracy, making headshots a bit easier to get. You can easily obtain one at the start of Chapter 5, when you meet Valerio to pick out guns. You can also get the Rare Weapons Expert: Praecisione achievement along the way!

Farm Enemies in Chapter 5

Chapter 5 is the easiest chapter to farm headshots with since you can simply restart from the last checkpoint to respawn back outside of the villa and reset all enemies.

Note that it is recommended to stay within the first half of the area when restarting from the last checkpoint. Proceeding any further will put your respawn point at the start of the second half of the area, away from the Weapons Locker near Tino outside. There are 10 enemies you can take down within the first area.
