Reload from Last Checkpoint

Mafia: The Old Country uses an autosave feature with checkpoints throughout each chapter. There is no way to save manually so you'll have to continue at the last checkpoint the next time you play the game.

Replay Previous Chapters with Chapter Replay

Chapter Replay Feature

If you missed something in previous chapters, you can always replay that chapter using Chapter Replay. This is unlocked after completing Chapter 2 and accessed from the Main Menu.

However, you will have to play out the chapter from the start instead of selecting a specific point in a chapter.
