Giuseppe Palminteri is a forger and counterfeiter that works for the Torrisi and Galante Crime Families. He's regarded as the best counterfeiter in all of Italy, but he has been in and out of jail many times.

Giuseppe Palminteri's first and only appearance is in Chapter 6. This is where Enzo must rescue him from the jail in San Celeste. You'll also learn a few things about him in the early stages of the chapter during conversations between Leo and Cesare.
