How to Get Man of Honor

Put the Gun Down After Aiming at Ludovici

After you sneak inside the villa to kidnap Ludovici in Chapter 5, Tino will tell you to prove yourself by executing Ludovici. Once you aim the gun at Ludovici, release your aim button to put the gun back down. Tino will call you useless and shoot you immediately after. You will respawn nearby, and you can continue with the chapter afterwards.

Replay the Chapter Using Chapter Replay

If for some reason you did not get the achievement upon refusing to kill Ludovici, you can always replay the chapter and try again using the game's Chapter Replay feature.

Kill Costa Chapter 13

If you don't want to replay Chapter 5, you'll get a second chance at the achievement near the end of the game in Chapter 13. This time, the target Tino wants you to kill in cold blood is Costa. You can get the Man of Honor achievement by not shooting him. This will end with Cesare killing him instead.
