| How to Drive Cars |

|
On sharper corners, you can use the Handbrake in order to get a stronger turn while driving. Use this wisely as it can slow your car when overused or timed wrong.

Enzo can shoot even while behind the wheel. This allows you to take down enemies while chasing them down in a car.
Alternatively, you can actually run over enemies with your car as well if you're saving up on bullets!

Cars break down when you bump into obstacles. The harder the crash, the more damage it does to your car. The more damaged your car is, the harder it is to drive with it. The vehicle is completely broken if black smoke starts to come out of it.
To repair the car, you have to go to the front of the car and crank the engine to start it up again. You could also go to a garage to spawn a new vehicle.

Cars in Mafia: The Old Country use up fuel to run. However, it takes a while before this fuel is used up. You'll most likely get to your destination long before the fuel ever runs out.
If your car runs out of fuel, spawn a new vehicle from a Garage. Pasquale's Gas Station becomes available during Chapter 7, however this just acts like another Garage.

The table above shows the controls used in vehicles for both Playstation and XBOX players.

You can customize cars in the Garage, using Car Styles. Select the car you wish to spawn and the style you want the car to have. Afterwards, you can spawn your vehicle and ride in style!

In order to unlock car customization, you must purchase the ability to use car styles in Pasquale's Store. You can do this by purchasing the stack of paint cans beside where you can access your Garage in the store. This will cost 1000 Dinari.
Once you pay that, all car styles will be available for you to put on any of your cars.
