Sam Trapani is the son of Luca Trapani and Valentina. He doesn't have any significant role in the game, but he seems to always get into trouble with his parents.

If you listen to the conversations between Luca Trapani and Valentina, you'll sometimes hear them talking about Sam.

Sam Trapani only appears in Chapter 5. He can be seen in the kitchen of Villa Torrisi. You have to visit the kitchen manually to see him, since he doesn't appear anywhere else in the chapter if you just follow the story.

Sam also doesn't have any interaction nor dialogue you can trigger. He's really just hanging around in the kitchen.

Sam Trapani makes a subtle cameo in Mafia: The Old Country as the son of Luca Trapani, the underboss of Don Torrisi. You may have seen him in Chapter 5 as both his parents, Luca and Valentina, scold him for stealing food from the kitchen.
