  Obtainable only in Chapter 11 Found above the large blue door of the southwest building in Frateli Galante Tonnara. You'll encounter it during the event where Enzo needs to take out the sniper on a platform in Chapter 11. Before going after the sniper, look back towards the door Enzo exited to see the collectible, then shoot it to make it fall and collect it. |

Chapter 11: Mattanza Walkthrough
Objective 1: Go to the Tonnara
| # | Step-by-step Walkthrough |

| 1 |  Talk to Cesare and Luca outside the house. After that, follow Luca to the car and drive to the tonnara, the tuna factory. Note that you can skip the drive going there. |
| 2 |  Follow Don Torrisi into the building then pick up the San Celeste Statue placed on boxes to your right. You will see it along the way, and it will give you the Economico Bead. A cutscene will play upon entering the tonnara. |
Obective 2: Survive the Spadaro Ambush
| # | Step-by-step Walkthrough |

| 1 |  After the cutscene, take cover and clear the area of enemies, especially the ones shooting from the upper floor. |
| 2 |  Progress through the factory and clear all enemies you see. You make it to an empty room, where Don Torrisi checks on Luca. Beside the blue door, you can pick up the San Celeste Statue that gives you the Valore Bead. Outside, Leo is getting shot at by a sniper. |
| 3 |  Reach the sniper nest by sneaking up from behind. Once you deal with the sniper, you need to defeat even more Spadaro Mafiosos. Once the area is clear, follow Leo towards the exit. You can find the Crowds at Car Race Newspaper on a wooden table in a connecting building along the way. |
| 4 |  Fight through even more enemies to reach Cesare and the truck at the end. After a cutscene, you need to shoot enemy cars chasing after you. It is quicker to aim for the drivers since they swerve and crash the car once they are dead. After destroying 10 cars, you can get the Trail of Destruction achievement! |
| 5 |  You arrive at a bar, and you must stand against another wave of Spadaro Mafiosos. Once you clear all the enemies, go into the bar to check on Luca. |
