Brutale for Combat
The Brutale Bead increases your ranged weapon damage. This is ideal to pick up for combat since you can take down enemies more reliably, even with lower damage guns such as the Modello C96 or Repeater. It is also conveniently found in Chapter 9, which has a combat-heavy section.
Chapter 9: Industria Guide and Walkthrough
Astuto or Fortunato for Looting
The Astuto Bead grants you allows you to loot more consumable items. Necessities such as bandages or whetstones can be tricky to get, so the increasing your chances of looting them can life-saving. It can be found in the first area of Chapter 7.
If you don't have any issues with obtaining consumables, the Fortunato Bead is a great way to obtain more Dinari. You can buy better weapons and vehicles faster, and you can even obtain The Finer Things achievement if you buy all the cars from Pasquale. This can be found as early as Chapter 2
Fantasma for Stealth
The Fantasma Bead dampens the sound of your footsteps, allowing for a larger margin of error when sneaking through enemies. This is especially useful when trying to go for stealth-based achievements. It can also be found early on in the game, in Chapter 4.
Chapter 4: Il Barone Guide and Walkthrough
Acuto for Utility
The Acuto Bead allows you to reach full accuracy faster when aiming. One of the downsides of long-range, high-damage guns like the Carcano or Praecisione is its longer aim time, leaving you more vulnerable to damage when engaged in gunfights. It can be found in D'Amico's office in Chapter 6.

Buy the Silver and Gold Charm
You can obtain more Bead slots by purchasing Silver or Gold Charms in Pasquale's Store, which can be unlocked in Chapter 2.
