  Obtainable only in Chapter 4 Found hanging above the entrance to a large cave near a small enemy camp on the edge of the mountain. You'll encounter it during the mission where Enzo has to rescue Gennaro in Chapter 4. |

Chapter 4: Il Barone Walkthrough
Objective 1: Acommpany Isabella to the Ruins

| 1 |  Follow Isabella to the horse stables and pick out a horse. This will unlock your Stable, where you can see your horse collection. Customizing a horse will also give you the Riding in Style achievement. |
| 2 |  Exit the Stable and follow Gennaro and Cesare as you talk to Isabella. Gennaro and Cesare's car will break down along the way. You must crank the handle when the indicator falls into the white area. Once the car is running again, you can turn left and look for a shrine nearby with the San Vito Saints' Card. Return to your horse and keep following Isabella. |
| 3 |  Isabella will challenge you to a race to the mountaintop along the way. Once the race with Isabella is over, continue talking as you go to the ruins. |
| 4 |  Isabella will lead you to a cliff overlooking The Temple Complex and then hand you a camera to take a picture of the ruins. To successfully take photographs, adjust the two sliders and move the camera until they turn yellow. Get back on your horse and follow Isabella to the ruins, where you will meet up with Gennaro and Cesare. |
| 5 |  After the cutscene, crank the car's engine again to start it up, then drive with Cesare. He will let you drive around the Circuit of the Gods, a short track near the temple. You hear gunshots and Isabella's scream, so you must follow the yellow objective marker back to the temple, where you must defeat bandits. |
Obective 2: Rescue Isabella and Gennaro

| 1 |  Follow the yellow objective marker as you fight through bandits. Once you reach the temple at the top, a cutscene will play and you must drive to pursue the bandits. Your car eventually starts to break down from the jumps and hazards you go through, so you will switch to a horse while continuing the pursuit. |
| 2 |  Once you take out the bandits, you will eventually reach the cart with Isabella, Gennaro, and Messina. A cutscene will play and you will end up in Messina's Camp. Before entering, pick up the Fantasma Bead near the camp's entrance. |
| 3 |  You can sneakily go through the first part of the camp by sticking to the side and strangling enemies you pass along the way. You can find the Russo-Japanese War Newspaper in the cave you will go through. Progress through the camp and Messina will eventually spot you. You must defeat the bandits as you proceed onwards until you free Gennaro. Make sure to loot the bandits to obtain more ammo! |
| 4 |  Defeat the remaining bandits and untie Gennaro. Pick up the San Giuda Medallion on a box near the campfire and make sure not to go too far from Gennaro as you go towards the yellow objective marker. Once you reach the open area, you will have to defeat Messina in a knife fight. |
