Obtainable only in Chapter 12 Found on a table in the backstage of the opera in Chapter 12. Once you enter the backstage for the first time, head to the leftmost part where you'll see two actors talking. Wait for them to leave before taking it. |

Obtainable only in Chapter 12 Found on a stone block near a cell gate in Chapter 12. Once you're chasing Don Spadaro in the sewers, don't go up the hole in the wall into the crypt yet. Go instead towards the archway to the right. |

▶ How to Get The Collector Trophy |
There are four trophies that you can acquire when picking up collectibles in the game. Two require only picking up one type of collectible while the others require finding all Mystery Foxes and finding all collectibles.
List of All Trophies and Achievements
Baskerville Outfit
Collecting all 50 Mystery Foxes rewards you with the Baskerville outfit. It is a green three-piece suit that also replaces Enzo's head with a German Shepherd.
Head to Enzo's apartment in San Celeste after finding all 50 Mystery Foxes and interact with the Mystery Fox beside the dining table to unlock the outfit on the wardrobe.

Total of 143 Collectibles
There is a total of 143 collectibles in Mafia: The Old Country. These include the following scattered across Sicily:
Some of these can be obtained in Explore Mode while others are locked as semi-missables in specific Chapters. Completing all of these will unlock the The Collector trophy.
