According to the official Community Q/A post, Mafia: The Old Country will not have a dedicated Photo Mode at launch. Similar to previous games in the Mafia franchise, it is unlikely that Mafia: The Old Country will feature Photo Mode in future updates.

Instead, there are specific moments in the main story where you are encouraged to take photographs with an antique camera. These photographs are part of the game's collectibles.
