You can get easy money by repeatedly reloading the first checkpoint of Chapter 7 and opening the locked boxes for Dinari in Mafia: The Old Country. Check this guide out to learn how to do it and farm as much Dinari as you want!
List of Contents
The easiest way to farm Dinari is to just repeatedly reload the first checkpoint of Chapter 7 and open the two nearby locked boxes. If you have completed the chapter before, you can use the Chapter Replay feature to go back to this point. Just skip the first two cutscenes and you'll reach the first checkpoint.
The way this works is that the checkpoint has easily accessible locked boxes and the Dinari you earn is kept even after reloading. This could be an unintended money glitch that might be fixed in future patches.

You can equip the Fortunato bead charm to increase the Dinari obtained from each lockbox. You can find this charm right outside Don Torrisi's tent in Chapter 2 just before you compete in the horse race.

Another thing you can use for this is the Imperituri knife bought from Pasquale's Shop for 500 Dinari. It has the Resourceful perk which increases the loot gained from Locked Boxes. Combined with the Fortunato bead, you can get up to 180 Dinari from each locked box.
If you have the Deluxe Edition or Padrino Pack, you may also use the Stiletto Speciale. This knife is the only other knife with the Resourceful perk but requires DLC to obtain.
