PC System Requirements

Make Sure to Set Cinematic Frame Rate to 60 FPS or Uncapped

The default setting for the Cinematic Frame Rate (FPS) option is 30 FPS, which would usually be drastically lower than your Gameplay Frame Rate. This causes FPS stutters when the game transitions from gameplay to cutscenes.

Uncapping or increasing the Cinematic Frame Rate to at least 60 FPS, much closer to your gameplay FPS (depends on your system), would fix the issue.
