How to Heal

Use Bandages by Holding Down on the D-pad or the F Key

If you have bandages, you can heal by holding the down button on the D-pad for consoles or the F key for PC. This will prompt Enzo to do a quick healing animation.

Loot Bandages Scattered in the Mission Area or in Enemy Corpses

You can loot bandages that will be scattered around the mission area. Additionally, there is a chance that you'll be able to loot bandages on enemy corpses if you search them.

Use Knives with Vital Perk

Vital is a knife perk that can heal Enzo after performing certain knife takedowns. The required takedown to perform will vary per knife.

Heal During Duels By Winning Struggles

If you win a struggle during a duel, some of Enzo's health will regain. This comes in the form of a quick time event where you have to mash the Square or X button to win.

During duels, quick time events usually happen when you reduce the enemy's health to half. Additionally, we have observed that a struggle will happen if Enzo's health is low.

Enzo Automatically Heals the Last HP Bar When Near Death

If you get shot while having low HP, your camera will slighty blur with blood effects to signify that you are near death. Once this blur clears, Enzo will heal the final bar of his HP.
