Praecisione can be first used by Enzo during the events of Chapter 5, but can only be freely used upon reaching the Weapon Locker in Chapter 6.

The Praecisione can be bought from the Weapon Locker for 1000 Dinari.

Pick Up Praecisione During Chapter 5

Chapter 5 Praecisione

The fastest way to earn the Achievement is by replaying Chapter 5, and picking up the Praecisione once you reach Valerio's Workshop. This allows you to use it during the upcoming fight, enabling you to work towards the 20 kill requirement.

Since it is not obtained from the Weapon Locker, the Praecision can be identified by looking for the Rifle with 1 Ammo Capacity, placed on one of the tables in the Workshop.
