Use Swap Cover When Possible
The first area has a lot of cover to hide behind. Use the swap cover mechanic to help you move quickly. If it is not possible to swap cover, you will need to rely on sprinting and quickly crouching behind cover.
Watch Out for the Red Indicator
In the first half of the area, the sniper typically shoots 2 to 3 times before reloading, giving you a short period to safely cross. You will see a red indicator at the start of these 2 to 3 shots. When unsure, you can always just wait for the 3 consecutive shots before moving.
Use the Shortcut at the End
In the final stretch to the tower, you can go through the narrow passage at the end. This passage is essential since you will certainly get shot if you run straight to the final crate cover.
From here, Cesare will provide you cover by shooting at the sniper. Move when you hear bullets clanging off the bell.
