Though there is no true New Game Plus in Mafia: The Old Country, you can replay previous chapters with your current equipment unlocked. Learn more about New Game Plus in Mafia: The Old Country with this guide!

Is There New Game Plus?
No New Game Plus, but Chapters are Replayable
Mafia: The Old Country does not have a true NG+. Instead, there is a Chapter Replay feature in the main menu. Chapter Replay gives you access to your current equipment and collection and does not affect your current chapter's progress. It is also available even if you haven't finished the game.
You Can Start a New Game
When you do finish the game for the first time, the Continue option in the main menu disappears, but the new game option is still there. Starting a new game will not overwrite your collection from your previous playthrough but will clear out any notes you've found.
