Burning, Churning Power Plant Hidden Waddle Dee Locations

1: Hidden in the Right Side of the Wall

Destroy the wooden blocks on the right side of the wall.

Jump on the newly opened wall to reach the Waddle Dee.

The first Waddle Dee is hidden behind the right side of the wall with the buffalo enemy. Destroy the wooden blocks of the wall to reveal a path leading to the Waddle Dee.

2: Collect the Diamonds in the Second Area

The second Waddle Dee can be found behind a caged spot in the second area. You need to collect the five diamonds to open the gate and free the Waddle Dee.

	The first diamond can be found next to the cannon.
	The second diamond can be found just after passing through the cannon. Be careful not to get squished when collecting it.
	You can pick up the third diamond at the next machine.
	Jump on the middle machine and hover to the left side to pick up the fourth diamond
	Wait for the machine to go up and pick up the fifth diamond on a small area on the wall beside the caged Waddle Dee.

3: In the Hidden Room Above the Second Three-Star Door

Light the lantern south of the second three-star door to access the hidden room above.

Ignite the rope and use the staircase to move it around to avoid the trail.

4: Behind the Broken Blue Shutter at the Third Area

As you descend the third area, look for the broken blue shutter and destroy it to reveal the fourth Waddle Dee inside.

5: Under the Cracked Wall at the End of the Stage

At the end of the stage, use the cone to break open the cracked floor to find the fifth Waddle Dee underneath it.

On Top of the Second Walls

You can find the entrance of the control room on top of the second set of walls with the buffalo enemy. Look for the wooden blocks on the right side of the wall and destroy them to reach the top. Head left to find the entrance.

1: Right of the Red Switch

You can find the first cup of coffee in the right corner from the red switch in the first area.

2: Right of the Cannon at the Second Area

The second cup of coffee can be found next to the cannon in the second area.

3: Besides the Sleeping Enemy in the Third Area

You can find the third cup of coffee beside the sleeping enemy in the third area. Be sure to pick this up before descending on the hole.

Burning, Churning Power Plant Don't Get Squished

Use the Fire Copy Ability's Jump Attack

You can use the Fire copy ability's jump attack to avoid getting squished by the machines found in this stage.

It is recommended to use the Fire or Volcano Fire, instead of the Dragon Fire, as their jump attacks do not have a startup delay.

Avoid Collecting Items

It is recommended to avoid picking up any items when attempting to complete this mission. Some of the collectible items such as figures are placed in areas that make you vulnerable to getting squished by the moving machines.

Burning, Churning Power Plant Blueprint Location

Above the Second Three-Star Door

Light the lantern south of the second three-star door to access the area above.

Hover to the left side of the hidden room to reach the small opening leading to the blueprint.

You can find the Deep Sleep Blueprint above the three-star door in the second area. Head south of the door and light the lantern. This activates the machine on the right, allowing you to reach the area above.

Head up to the hidden room and hover to the left side to reach the small opening leading to the blueprint.

Burning, Churning Power Plant Figure Locations

1: Inside the Control Room

The first figure can be found inside a treasure chest in the control room of the first area.

2: Before the Second Three-Star Door

You can find the second figure before the three-star door in the second area. You may need to use the Fire copy ability's jump attack to pick up the item without getting squished.

3: On Top of the Blocks at the Third Area

As you descend the third area to avoid the spike wall, look for the third figure on top of the blocks that resemble a staircase.

4: Inside a Box at the End of the Third Area

At the end of the third area, destroy the box on the right corner to reveal the fourth figure.

Burning, Churning Power Plant Secret HAL Room

How to Get to the Secret HAL Room

1	Head to the top of the crushing machines by destroying the blocks to the right of the Buffahorn enemy.
2	Once on top of the crushing machines, head inside the Control Room to the left. You do not need to interact with anything in the Control Room, simply enter and exit the room.
3	Head back to the start of the stage, and you will see a mysterious ladder that was not there before. Climb up the ladder and continue walking through the path.
4	Enter the HAL Room
5	Destroy all the wooden and cardboard boxes with a Copy Ability to reveal the letters HAL in metal boxes.
6	After revealing all the letters, a Vending Machine will appear in the room. Use Vending Mouth to destroy all the metal boxes and collect the rewards.
7	After destroying all the Metal Boxes, more rewards will appear and circle around the room, including a Figure capsule.
