Scale the Cement Summit Hidden Waddle Dee Locations
1: Knock Down the Storage Cabinet Using Mouthful Mode
After you climb the third ladder on the stage head left to see a bomb block in a pool surrounded by enemies. Destroying the block will cause a locker to appear on the lower level. Using Mouthful Mode on the locker reveals a Hidden Waddle Dee.
2: Rescue the Waddle Dee on the Staircase
After Defeating the Mid-boss Fleurina, head up the staircase until you see a red switch. Pressing it reveals the Waddle Dee, which will disappear if you do not reach it in time (you can try as many times as necessary). Having the Tornado Ability allows you to move faster, making rescuing the Waddle Dee easier.
3: Find the Secret Spike Room
Climb the staircase after beating Fleurina and head left after crossing the metal bridge to find a door with one red star. The next room with a floor full of spikes and a Waddle Dee tapped into a cage. Use the Tornado Ability to hit the three switches and release the Waddle Dee.
4: Break the Wall With Arch Mouth Kirby
While gliding as Arch Mouth Kirby, you will see a cracked wall on your right. Break open this wall to reveal the final Waddle Dee.
Scale the Cement Summit Wanted Poster Locations
1: On the Wall After the Climbing the First Ladder
The first ladder that you climb in this stage will lead you to the first wanted poster. It will be on the wall to your right.
2: On the Wall Behind the Pool Near the Metal Bridge
Climbing the staircase after defeating Fleurina will eventually lead you to a tiny metal bridge you can cross. You will see a wanted poster on the wall behind a pool of water.
3: By the Trees In the Goal Area
Before finishing the stage, head to the right to find a group of three trees. The wanted poster is located there.
Scale the Cement Summit Spike Room Location
Head Left After Crossing the Metal Bridge
The Secret Spike Room can be accessed by crossing the tiny metal bridge and continuing left past the pool of water. Once you enter, use the Tornado Copy Ability to activate all 3 switches in the area. This will complete the avoid spikes in the secret room mission.
Scale the Cement Summit Mid-Boss Fleurina Strategy
Keep Your Distance and Guard with the Ice Ability
Fleurina is fast and tends to move around a lot, however the Ice Ability that you can get right before her fight allows you to guard against her attacks. Attack her consistently the moment she stops moving to freeze her as quickly as possible.
Scale the Cement Summit Blueprint Location
Destroy the Bomb Block to Open the Floor
You can receive the Blueprint for the Cutter Needle Ability by destroying the bomb block on top of the old lockers.
Scale the Cement Summit Figure Locations
1: Break the Bomb Block in the Pool of Water
Breaking the bomb block in the pool surrounded by enemies will not only reveal a locker below but will cause a Figure to appear.
2: In a Pool of Water by a Metal bridge
If you climb the set of stairs behind Fleurina's boss fight area, you will eventually come across a tiny metal bridge you can cross. The Figure is inside the Blue Box floating in the water.
