Found Inside a Tunnel Under the Snackbar Table

Grounded 2 Snackbar Table Tunnel Location
You can't craft Northern Shredders until you find its recipe. It is located inside a tunnel beneath the Snackbar Table near the center, as part of the Story Quest, The Art of War.

Make sure to bring a Red Ant Soldier Buggy to crunch the dead root blocking the entrance.

Grounded 2 O.R.C. Northern Scorpion Jr Fight
Enter the tunnel, and you'll be confronted by an O.R.C. Northern Scorpion Jr. Defeat it to continue. Use a Smashing-type weapon while your Red Ant Soldier Buggy helps you take down the scorpion.

Grounded 2 Northern Shredders Recipe
At the end of the tunnel, there's a pile of junk on the right side. Take the Cryptic Recipe or the piece of paper near the purple graffiti to unlock the Northern Shredders recipe.
