How to Get Ice Sickles

Obtained in Ice Cream Cart

Ice Sickles Location

You can get the Ice Sickles after repairing it and protecting it from waves of Northern Scorplings, Northern Scorpion Jrs., and Northern Scorpions inside the Ice Cream Cart.

Once you see the Ice Sickles, repair them to start the wave. Protect the Ice Sickles until they fully thaw, and ensure their health doesn't deplete. If their health reaches zero or you die, you will have to start over again.

Prepare Chill Reduction Armor and Consumables

You will be in constant Chill inside the Ice Cream Cart. Make sure to bring tons of Chill Reduction items like Flares, Blazin' Brew smoothies, and Torch to keep warm. You can also bring armor with Chill Reduction, like the Fuzzy Armor Set, to reduce the amount of chilling you receive!

How to Reach the Ice Sickles

Ice Cream Cart Entrance
To start, head over to the western side of the overturned ice cream cart. Enter the cart via the fallen ice cream cone tunnel next to some buckets of ice cream.

Tunnel Fork
After emerging from the other end of the ice cream cone, you'll find yourself in a set of icy tunnels. Keep walking until you reach a fork. Take the path to the left that exits into a large cavern (don't go deeper into the tunnels).

Path to Polar Punch
As soon as you exit the tunnel, turn left and follow the path lined by yellow popsicles. Your destination is the large Polar Punch ice cream packet in the distance.

Polar Punch to Mint Choco Ice Cream Mound
Hop on top of the Polar Punch ice cream packet and look towards the slope made up of mint chocolate chip ice cream nearby.

Go to the top of the mint chocolate chip ice cream mound.

Cross the Pipe to Reach the Rotor Room
Once at the top of the mound, face right and you should see a long pipe. Use this pipe to reach the next area with the frozen rotor blades.

Breaking the Icicles
Upon arriving, head over to the base of the rotor blades. The gear used to turn them will be frozen in place by icicles. Use your Omni-Hammer to break all the icicles and allow the blades to rotate once more.

Go Down the Newly Opened Tunnel
As soon as the gear starts turning, wrap around to the back of the large contraption to see a newly opened passage that leads further into the cart.

Collect the 500 Raw Science directly in front of you before making your way down into the tunnels.

Hidden Passage Opposite the Mega Milk Molar
At the bottom of this vertical tunnel is a Mega Milk Molar. After you've obtained it, face in the opposite direction to find another hidden tunnel that leads deeper into the ice cream cart. Follow it until your reach a large open cavern.

Ice Sickles Location
This new cavern is where you'll find the Ice Sickles (they'll be stuck on the ground). Interact with it to start the wave defense mini-game and protect it from all the Northern Scorplings, Northern Scorpion Jrs., and Northern Scorpions that spawn in.

If you manage to protect it while it fully thaws, you'll be able to pick up Ice Sickles.
