Open Treasure Chart #23 to reveal the location. Once you have arrived, pull the Piece of Heart up with the Grappling Hook.

Secret Cave

Secret Cave

There is a secret cave at the top of Diamond Steppe Island. You can access after getting the Hookshot. Inside, there is a Warp Pot maze that you have to navigate.

When you successfully navigate the maze, you will find a chest that contains the Ghost Ship Chart.

The Ghost Ship will appear near Greatfish Isle if the moon is in its Waning Gibbous phase.
