Preordering Hell is Us rewards you with the Military Pack, which is available regardless what edition you ordered, as long as it was preordered.
The Military Pack contains exclusive skins for both Rėmi and his drone KAPI.

There are several bonus content when ordering the deluxe edition, most notably an exclusive 72 hour early access before the game officially releases on September 4th, 2025!
You will also receive two exclusive skins, the Hollow Walker Pack and the Phol Guard Pack for both Remi and his drone KAPI, as well as an Artpack which contains the digital soundtrack and artbook for Hell is Us.
Deluxe Edition Only Additional Exclusive Investigation
On top of all the exclusives part of the Deluxe Edition, there will be an additional item to Remi's pocket when you start the game. It is a Secret Code that will lead Remi to an exclusive investigation.
