1. Speak with Agathe Terra in the Lethe - National Library

Hell is Us - Speak with Agathe Terra to learn more about her plans to forge documents with Locke

Head down to the Book Restoration area and you will find Agathe Terra standing next to the office. Talk to her and she will tell you about her appointment with Locke, who opted to help her on forging documents for trapped civilians.

2. Examine the Note Found in the Restoration Office

Hell is Us - Take the Note - Favors Owed on the table at the right side of the room

Before advancing to this step, make sure that you have already unlocked the Restoration Office, which you can do so by progressing the Finding the Keystone of Ecstasy investigation. The code to the office is 537734.

Enter the office and examine the Note - Favors Owed resting on the table at right side of the room. This note will show an agreement made between Agathe Terra and Locke, the Book Restorer, about the passcode to a safe and some blank cards.

3. Look for Blank ID Cards in Lethe - Ministry of Cultural Primacy

Hell is Us - Hop on the hole and enter the Exposition Room to get to the Office Rooms
Fast travel to Lethe - Ministry of Cultural Primacy and go to the Cafeteria II Room where Maeve Tristana was initially staying before moving to Marton Ralst's office. Hop on the hole in the hallway and enter the Exposition room. Keep following the hallway from then on until you reach the Office Rooms.

Hell is Us - Go to Office 112 and take the ID Cards - Blank behind the table
Enter Office 112 and go behind the table to take the ID Cards - Blank. This will activate the Good Deed.

4. Look for the Official Hadean Stamp in Lethe - Ministry of Cultural Primacy

Hell is Us - Open the safe to take the Official Hadean Stamp

In the Office Rooms, go to Office 109 and interact with the safe. Input 2703, which is the code indicated in Note - Favors Owed. You will acquire the Official Hadean Stamp.

5. Take the Blank ID Cards and Official Hadean Stamp to Agathe Terra

Hell is Us - Trade the ID Cards - Blank and Official Hadean Stamp with Agathe Terra

Travel back to the Lethe - National Library and trade both the ID Cards - Blank and Official Hadean Stamp with Agathe Terra. This will accomplish the Good Deed.

A Way Out Rewards

Giver: Gildas Brom

These are the rewards you can get from upon completing the A Way Out Good Deed. Return to the Watcher's Nest and speak with Gildas Brom to claim the rewards.

How to Unlock A Way Out

Take the Blank ID Cards or the Official Hadean Stamp

A Way Out is triggered once you pick up either the ID Cards - Blank or the Official Hadean Stamp in the Office Rooms in Lethe - Ministry of Cultural Primacy. You will need to deliver these to Agathe Terra, who needs them to forge documents to flee Hadea.

This Good Deed does not have a deadline and can be accomplished at any time in the game.
