1. Find the Hermit at Acasa Marshes

The Hermit - Find the Shack and Talk to Fyrgen

Fyrgen Bronus can be found in a shack at Acasa Marshes. When you talk to him, he will mention wanting new camera zoom lens.

2. Find the Photo Shop at Talju

The Hermit - Head to the Photo Shop to the West

You'll only be able to proceed with this mission after you ask Tania about the Symbol of the Screaming Face in the APC.

Find the Photo Shop at Talju, towards the West. You'll be able to find a new camera zoom lens for Fyrgen here. You can pick it up from the front window of the shop.

3. Give the Hermit the Zoom Lens

3.1
The Hermit - Give Fyrgen New Zoom Lens
Return to Fyrgen's Shack at Acasa Marshes to his shack and give him the zoom lens you picked up at the Photo Shop.

The Hermit - Puzzle Clue to the Puzzle on the Southwest
After giving him the zoom lens, return again after a while and examine his corkboard of photos. It will show a clue for the nearby puzzle.

4. Solve the Nearby Puzzle to the Southwest

The Hermit - Puzzle Solution to the Hermit

Head to the puzzle towards southwest of the shack. Turn the pillars to the correct position, and a chest will raise from a platform in the middle. This will resolve The Hermit Mystery after solving the puzzle.

How to Unlock The Hermit

Talk to the Hermit at Acasa Marshes

Talking to Fyrgen Bronus will start a new Mystery, prompting a journey to find new photo lens for his camera. He can be found towards Northeast, past the Timeloop, crossing the marshes and to a little shack.
