Equipping-Glyphs

Gluttony is a Ecstasy Glyph, it can only be socketed into a weapon imbued with the Ecstasy Lymbic Sphere.

This is the only restriction when it comes to Glyphs. You can socket and unsocket Glyphs at any time within the Inventory menu.
