The standard edition of Hell is Us only includes the base game, though if it were preordered will also contain the Military Pack as a preorder bonus.
Hell is Us Deluxe Edition
The Deluxe edition is a special edition that includes two exclusive skins, an additional exclusive investigation, and the art pack containing the digital soundtrack specially composed by the studio and a behind the scenes preview with its artbook. Ordering a physical copy will also earn you an exclusive metal case for any collector's eyeing this edition.

Is There a Collector's Edition?
Collector's Edition Currently Unavailable
The developers behind Hell is Us, Rogue Factor, currently has made no plans to release a collector's edition for Hell is Us. Currently, ordering a physical copy of the the Deluxe edition offers the most similar to a Collector's Edition as it includes the metal case!
Should You Get the Deluxe Edition?

If you are interested in learning about the complex world Rogue Factor built for Hell is Us, ordering the Deluxe Edition would give you access to the Art Pack, which contains the original soundtrack and artbook of the world.
