| 1.1 | ![]() Walk down the mountain then turn towards the river. Continue Southwest, and you will see a fountain in the distance. Head towards the base of the fountain and grab the Gold Medallion. |
| 1.2 | ![]() Go back to the main road and follow it to a destroyed farmhouse. Enter the Cellar and speak with Ernest Caddell, who will give you the key to the gate. |
| 1.3 | ![]() The ruins are located to the west, just outside the farm, where you will find a Scorched Bell inside a chest; you can research this item later, once the function is available. |
| 1.4 | [ After getting the Scorched Bell, follow the wind chimes north to reach the APC, you should be able to hear in which direction the chimes are. You can also use your compass to guide you north until you reach the APC. Speak with the injured soldier beside the ancient door. He will ask you for a Medkit. |
| 1.5 | ![]() Before reaching the encampment, there is a chance for you to find a pile of colored rubble, which is connected to the Caddell Family Treasure. Find all three rubles and this will give you a key and a lockbox with the Bracelet of Ecstacy - Wanton Destruction. |
| 1.6 | ![]() Follow the trees marked with a white X until you reach the encampment. Grab the OMSIF Medkit. You can also pick up a Vial of Strange Substance on the table across from the Medkit. |
| 1.7 | ![]() There is a hidden cave behind the encampment, west of the area. Inside will be a vault that will require a code to unlock. The code can be discovered later once the research function is available. |
| 1.8 | ![]() Make your way back to OMSIF-0451. He will tell you to look for the Sergeant to get the keys for the APC. Receive the Ancient mechanism and find a way to enter the dungeon. |
| 1.9 | ![]() After getting the Ancient Mechanism, climb up the ladder left of the soldier and insert the mechanism into the altar to activate the puzzle. |
| 1.10 | ![]() You can find the solution to this puzzle by going to the next room. Look up and you will see a plate with a marking that looks like a fire and an eye, the last symbol is by the ladder, it is a pick axe. | 2.1 | ![]() The entrance will cave in once you enter the dungeon. Continue forward, and save your progress via the manual save point before you reach the room where you will first encounter a Lymbic Entity. After getting your new gear, defeat the entity in front of you. |
| 2.2 | ![]() After defeating the Lymbic Entity, your next goal is to open the large door locked by a puzzle. To open the door, put in Tower - Serpent - Fire. The solution can be found by entering the doorway to the right of the room. There will be three plates for you to scan. | 2.3 | ![]() Once you have opened the large door, climb up the ladders in the prison area until you reach the third level. There is a cell on the left side corridor where you can pick up the Bracers of Terror - Intimidating Bulwark, before entering the door to the next area. |
| 2.4 | ![]() From this point is a very straightforward path, on the way you will encounter a corpse where you can pick up the Twin Axes. On the next flight of stairs after this will be a locked door that will require two Ram Medallions to open; this is the Secrets of the Ram. You'll find this later and will have to go back into the dungeon to open this door. |
| 2.5 | ![]() Do a manual save before you enter the next door. After three rooms from the manual save, you can pick up the Ram Head Medallion - Viridian from a pile of corpses. You will use this to open another locked door later on and complete the Secrets of the Ram Mystery Puzzle. |
| 2.6 | ![]() Continue forward until you reach the room with a lever, defeat the enemy, and pull the lever to open the door. |
| 2.7 | ![]() Upon opening the door, you will find the Sergeant's body wearing a red poncho, get the APC Keys and exit into the trenches. If you bought a deluxe version of the game, there will be a requisition note with a code here. This is the second half of a code, the first half should already be in your inventory. |
| 2.8 | ![]() Upon entering teh trenches continue forward, you will see a small table with a lockbox to your right, open it and take the Gold Watch. You can deliver this item to Ernest Caddell to complete the Good Deed - The Golden Watch. |
| 2.9 | ![]() Make your way out by going towards the bright red light. There is a save point you can use before exiting the trenches. |
| 2.10 | ![]() If you head east close to the trenches. Near the ramp heading to the Tower, you'll notice the entrance to an underground den close to the hillside. If you go underground, you will hear two women trapped behind a locked door. They will ask for your help, you will need to progress the story further until you unlock Talju to complete Forlorn Fate. |
| 2.11 | ![]() Go back the path where you came from until you reach the intersection with the broken trucks. If you look into the ruins, there is a puzzle inside the building that can't be solved yet. Obtain the Lymbic Rod - Grief, Z and the Lymbic Rod - Grief, V to open this door. If you take the path to the right, you'll go back to the APC. |
| 2.12 | ![]() On the path to the APC, there will be a dead body in the middle of the road. You can grab the Ram Head Medallion - Crimson from him. At this point, you can back track to the Ram Door to open it or proceed to the APC to go to the next area. |

| 3.1 | ![]() Once you're ready to move to the next area, follow the path down the hill until you reach the APC. |
| 3.2 | ![]() Arriving back at the APC, you'll find OMSIF-0451 under a pile of rubble. Board the APC and select your destination. |
| 3.3 | ![]() Use the Navigation Computer and select Acasa Marshes. There will be a cutscene here about the company that owns the APC you are riding. |
| 3.4 | ![]() When you arrive in Acasa Marshes, follow the dirt path until you see the mass grave. On the left side of the path, you can pick up the Box of Bronze Acorns. |
| 3.5 | ![]() A grieving father will be beside the pit. Speak with him and discover that he needs an item from his family to bury them. If you manage to give him this item you will complete the Good Deed Asunder. |
| 3.6 | ![]() Continue down the path until you reach the vandalized sign for the Village of Jova. Once you reach the end of the wooden walkway, head northwest to the Village of Jova. Be careful since the marshes are filled with Hallow Walkers. |

| 4.1 | ![]() Speak with Captain Vaas, found near the entrance of the village. He will let you know that the blacksmith left with the ON Convoy. |
| 4.2 | ![]() On the truck behind Captain Vaas is a Fearful Fiddler, if you find music sheets and deliver it to him you can complete the Good Deed, Performance of a Lifetime. |
| 4.3 | ![]() Head Northeast from where Captain Vaas is to reach the ON Outpost. This is just behind the Blacksmith's Forge. Collect the Map of Acasa Marshes on the table to the right of the building with an ON painted on its roof. You can equip the map in your Loadout as a Usable Item. This can let you open the map without going into the Datapad |
| 4.2 | ![]() Exit the village and head Northeast, you will see a tunnel with smoke billowing out of it. Enter the tunnel and defeat the enemies inside. |
| 4.3 | ![]() After the battle, enter the maintenance room, there will be a Scuffed Young Man inside, this is Victor Gaz the Blacksmith's apprentice. He will give you the keys to Vitalis's house. |
| 4.4 | ![]() Return to Jova, and go to Vitalis's house directly in front of the Blacksmith's Forge. Use the Key - Vitalis’s Home to unlock the door. |
| 4.5 | ![]() Inside the first room on the right, pick up the picture frame inside the drawer in the child's room. In the next room, pick up the next picture from the table under the clock. |
| 4.6 | ![]() You can pick up the Keys - Car from the table on the balcony, you can use this item to find a memento for Victor to complete the Good Deed, Victor's Vigil. |
| 4.7 | ![]() Go down the stairs and there will a chest, use the Heirloom Necklace to open this. There will be a note and a picture for you to pick up. Go down the ladder after this and proceed to the room with the Locked Door. |
| 4.8 | ![]() Place the pictures on the wall. Make sure that the frame matches the outline. Enter the code 321713 on the digital lock in the basement to gain access to the locked room. The codes correspond to the numbers printed on the cars found in the family pictures you gathered, though the green car’s number is smudged. | 4.9 | ![]() Enter the room and collect the Vigil Note on the table, this contains information about The Vigil, and mentions that Vitalis was going to the Weeping Knight to meet with a journalist. There will also be a chest containing five glyphs, and a Greatsword in the corner of the room. On the table, you can pick up the Lymbic Rod - Grief, W, you can use this on the safe just outside the door to complete the Mystery, Lymbic Chest - Acasa Vitalis' Basement. |
| 4.10 | ![]() Cross the road to the Blacksmith's Forge and speak with Victor. Exhaust his dialogue options, asking about the Vigil Note will unlock the next area Vyssa Hills. After this conversation, you will be able to Craft by interacting with Victor. Behind the red drawers directly beside Victor you can grab the Lymbic Rod - Grief, Y. |
| 4.11 | ![]() Use the save point outside the Blacksmith to fast-travel to the APC. Travel to Vyssa Hills and look for the Weeping Knight Statue by following the stone path northeast of where the APC is parked. |
| 4.12 | Speak with the wounded OMSIF soldier near the statue, and she will tell you that the convoy fled further northeast. Over the hill beside the wreckage, you will find a wounded man. This is your father, Vitalis. Interact with him and you'll enter a cut scene about your family's legacy. You will receive the Keystone of Grief after the cutscene. |
