Select the Fire, Eye, and Pickaxe Symbols

Senedra Forest Dungeon Entrance Puzzle

Reveal the fire symbol on the left stone pillar, the eye symbol on the middle stone pillar, then the pickaxe symbol on the right stone pillar to solve the Senedra Forest Dungeon Entrance puzzle.

These clues appear on a damaged giant stone panel in the area. As you enter the ruined structure and climb the ladder, you’ll see the missing fragment on the ground. Use this symbol order when selecting them on the stone pillars.

After solving the puzzle, the entrance near the the wounded soldier, OMSIF-0451, will open up, allowing you to enter the Senedra Forest Dungeon.

Climb the Stairs Near the Wounded Soldier

Climb the Ladder Near the Wounded Soldier
Climb the ladder next to the wounded soldier. There will be another ladder before reaching the ruins.

Use the Ancient Mechanism on the Device
Enter the ruins, then interact with the strange structure. Use the Ancient Mechanism given to you by the wounded soldier after giving him the Medkit.

The Senedra Forest Dungeon Entrance puzzle is located in the ruins above the wounded soldier. Climb the ladder near him to reach the ruins. However, you'll need to progress the wounded soldier's questline to obtain the Ancient Mechanism from him, which is required to unlock the puzzle.
