How to Get Hell Is Us Ending

Use All the Keystones to Finish Act 3

Hell is Us - Ending
Act 3 Ending
・Obtain the Keystone of Grief, Keystone of Terror, Keystone of Rage, and Keystone of Ecstasy
・Head to the bottom of the Lymbic Forge and insert them in the keystone altars to unlock the sealed door
・Descend into Mount Obek and collect the colored orbs
・Enter the Golden Eye and face the Last Time Loop Guardians
・Place the orbs into the correct statues at the Golden Eye then close the Timeloop ・Insert the Heirloom Necklace into the device

To get to the ending, follow the main questline and obtain the four keystones. Once you have them, go to the bottom of the Lymbic Forge and insert them into their respective keystone altars. The sealed door will open and lead you into Mount Obek.

Once you reach the chamber before the Golden Eye, you'll see colored orbs you need to collect. Get them and head into the Golden Eye. From here, you can't turn back anymore. Face the Last Time Loop Guardians in the area then place the orbs into their respective statues to unlock the Timeloop.

Close the Timeloop using an Amine Prism - Rho then insert the Heirloom Necklace into the device that appears. This triggers the ending of the game.

The Golden Eye Is The Shut Down Mechanism

Hell is Us - Golden Eye

Just before the Golden Eye, you can inspect some signages on the walls of the tunnel. The Golden Eye, also known as the Eye of God is the thing that can stop the calamity.

Remi Tried To Stop The Calamity

Hell is Us - Fat Man

After inserting the necklace, the Golden Eye will start to crumble and collapse. Remi makes his escape but gets cornered by soldiers and takes him in. The fat man will talk with him and get shot by an old woman. She then helps Remi get out.

It looks like Remi managed to shut everything down but the Eye of God still makes an appearance after the game's credits, so it looks like there will be a sequel.
