Lymbic Forge Torch Puzzle Solution
Activate the North and South Torches
Head deeper into the Lymbic Forge until you find a closed fireplace with a huge blue banner hanging on top of it. There are three pairs of torches situated around the room. Activate the pairs on the north and the ones on the south to unlock a hidden compartment and obtain the Order of the Eye sigil from there.

Go further inside the Lymbic Forge until you find a room surrounded by torches.
