Imbue-Weapons.
You can get a Twin Axes of Terror by bringing a Lymbic Twin Axes to Victor Gaz in the Blacksmith Shop in Jova, Acasa Marshes. Present a Lymbic Twin Axes and select Terror as the Lymbic Sphere to imbue your weapon with.
