Note: The Good Deed can only be accomplished on your first visit in Lethe - Ministry of Cultural Primacy. Leaving the location without aiding Mireille Dallaire will result to her death.
  1. Loot the Keycard in the Basement Parking
  2. Take the Woman's Clothing From the Office
  3. Give the Woman's Clothing to Mireille Dallaire

1. Loot the Keycard - Ministry in the P2 Basement Parking

Hell is Us - Take the Keycard - Ministry from the corpse in the P2 basement parking

Fast travel to Lethe - Ministry of Cultural Primacy. The APC will be situated in the basement parking. Go down to the P2 basement parking and loot the corpse lying on the floor at the back of an ambulance. You will get the Keycard - Ministry, which you will need later on.

2. Take the Woman's Clothing From the Office On the Third Floor

Hell is Us - From Marton Ralst
Go up to the topmost floor. From Marton Ralst's Office, proceed onwards then go left on the first corner. Afterwards, turn left once again upon seeing the Coronation Painting to get to another office.

Hell is Us - Swipe the Keycard - Ministry in order to access the room
There is another room inside the office that can be unlocked with a keycard. Swipe the Keycard - Ministry to open this.

Hell is Us - Pick up the Woman
On the sofa, you will find the Woman's Clothing. Picking this up will activate the Good Deed. Afterwards, backtrack to the corridor with the Coronation Painting.

3. Bring the Woman's Clothing to Mireille Dallaire

Hell is Us - Go through the Conference Room to get to the lounge
Go past the Secretary Room to the left and enter the Conference Room. You will know that you are in the right room if you find a save point inside. Exit to the other side of the room and turn right to find the lounge.

Hell is Us - Enter the Lounge and turn right to find Mireille Dallaire
Mireille Dallaire can be found standing at the right side of the lounge room. Talk to her and she will tell you how she has concerns about the uniform that she is wearing.

Hell is Us - Trade the Woman
Trade the Woman's Clothing with Mireille Dallaire to accomplish the Good Deed.

These are the rewards you can get from upon completing the Incognito Good Deed. Return to the Watcher's Nest and speak with Gildas Brom to claim the rewards.

How to Unlock Incognito

Take the Woman's Clothing from the Office

Incognito will be activated once you pick up the Woman's Clothing in the room inside the Office. Taking this to Mireille Dallaire will accomplish the Good Deed, as she will need to use this to escape the building.

Mireille Dallaire will be found dead once you leave Lethe - Ministry of Cultural Primacy without aiding her during your first visit in the location.
