1. Find the Lymbic Rod - Ecstasy, W at the Plains of Mist

Lymbic Rod - Ecstasy W at Plains of Mist

Inside the Temple of the Fallen, there is a Lymbic Rod near by the area with crudely drawn Cave Art, near a save station.

2. Find the Lymbic Rod - Ecstasy, V at Vyssa Hills

Lymbic Rod - Ecstasy V at Plains of Mist

Inside the Temple of the Fallen, from the save station, jump down the wooden scaffolding and work your way towards a Timeloop Guardian near by a Feral walker. The Artillery walker is right beside the rod.

3. Unlock the Chest Past the Pressure Plate Puzzle at Plains of Mist

There is a pressure plate puzzle in the Temple of the Fallen that leads to a chamber filled with Primeval. At the end of the chamber is a huge door, a chest, and a Lymbic Chest. You'll be able to open the chest with the obtained rods.
