Lymbic Rod - Rage V at Lethe Ministry of Cultural Primacy

In the parking lot of the Lethe Ministry of Cultural Primacy, there is a Lymbic Rod inside a white van near the entrance to the building. Pick it up by the open door of the driver's seat.

How to Get Lymbic Rod - Rage, X

Near the Lymbic Chest at Jeljin Archeology Camp is a stairway leading down. Head further down, taking two ladders down to the depths, until you see an ancient structure in the caves. You'll be able to find more ladders leading to a humble cemetary alcove here, and the last Lymbic Rod you'll need.
