Rapture - Elite is located near the room with the Assalin face at the Temple of the Fallen. This area will be guarded by two enemies. After defeating the enemies, go to the opposite path in the area to find the glyph near the ledge.

Equipping-Glyphs

Rapture is a Ecstasy Glyph, it can only be socketed into a weapon imbued with the Ecstasy Lymbic Sphere.

This is the only restriction when it comes to Glyphs. You can socket and unsocket Glyphs at any time within the Inventory menu.
