1. Pick Up the Car Keys at the Secretary's Room at Wing A

Blackmailed - Find the Keys at the Office Ahji Evans is in

Find the secretary's room at the Lethe Ministry of Cultural Primacy at Wing A. There is a woman named Ahji Evan's sitting on a chair near by a desk. Pick up the car keys in the drawers.

2. Find the Lymbic Rod - Ecstasy, Y at Lethe Ministry of Cultural Primacy

Lymbic Rod - Ecstasy Y at Lethe Ministry of Cultural Primacy

In a big office room filled with cubicles, there is a Lymbic Rod peeking out from one of the tables. It is nearby room Office 109 with the locked safe.

3. Find the Lymbic Rod - Ecstasy, X at Lethe Ministry of Cultural Primacy

Lymbic Rod - Ecstasy X at Lethe Ministry of Cultural Primacy

Use the Keys - Ministry Car you found at the secretary's room on the blue car at the parking lot of the Lethe Ministry of Cultural Primacy. You'll earn the last Lymbic Rod you need here.

4. Unlock the Door Inside the Lymbic Forge

Blackmailed - Lymbic Door at the Lymbic Forge

Go to Lake Cynon and head to the reservoir. Go inside the Lymbic Forge and head down the stairs. Find the nearest Lymbic Door nearby an Artillery Walker, and you'll be able to unlock the door from there.
