Note: Forlorn Fate must be accomplished before obtaining the Third Keystone.

1. Talk to the Trapped Woman in Senedra Forest

Hell is Us - Find the cellar door leading to the basement
From the APC, go down the forest and you will find a cellar door leading to a hidden basement. Enter the basement and look for a sealed door.
1.2
Hell is Us - Talk to the couple of trapped civilians beyond the sealed door
Beyond the sealed door is a couple of trapped civilians: Yohan and Dolo Dulwich. Talk to them and they will explain how they were locked in by a smuggler who eventually fled to Talju.

2. Loot the Charred Corpse in Talju for the Map and Symbol

Hell is Us - Look for a flight of metal stairs leading to the second floor
Fast travel to Talju and look for the office building. You can get there by following the side walk found in front of the Town Hall. Keep going right until you find a flight of metal stairs leading to the second floor of an establishment.
2.2
Hell is Us - Loot the charred corpse for Symbol - Flame and Map - Senedra Mountains
Go up to the office and look around the messy room at the end of the hallway. You will find a charred corpse lying under a whiteboard. Loot the corpse and receive the Symbol - Flame and Map - Senedra Mountains. This will activate the Good Deed.

3. Trade the Map with Dolo Dulwich in Senedra Forest

3.1
Hell is Us - Insert the Symbol - Flame onto the sealed door
Fast travel to Senedra Forest and visit the basement from earlier. On the sealed door, insert the Symbol - Flame to open this.
3.2
Hell is Us - Trade the Map - Senedra Mountains with Dolo Dulwich
Go to Dolo Dulwich and trade the Map - Senedra Forest. This will accomplish the Good Deed.

Outcomes Based on Third Keystone Progression

Scenarios Outcomes
Opening the door with the map being delivered to the couple before obtaining the Third Keystone. Yohan and Dolo Dulwich will be saved. They will disappear from the basement later on.
Opened the door but did not trade the map with Dolo before obtaining the Third Keystone. The civilians will disappear from the basement. However, the Good Deed will be considered as failed.
Opening the door only after obtaining the Third Keystone. The civilians will be found dead in the basement. The Good Deed will be considered as failed.

Opening the door and giving the map to Dolo Dulwich before obtaining the Third Keystone is the most favorable outcome among the three choices, as this will allow them to successfully escape through the Senedra Mountains. Make sure to accomplish this before obtaining the Third Keystone!

These are the rewards you can get from upon completing the Forlorn Fate Good Deed. Return to the Watcher's Nest and speak with Gildas Brom to claim the rewards.

How to Unlock Forlorn Fate

Loot the Charred Corpse in Talju

Forlorn Fate is activated once you loot the charred corpse in Talju for the Symbol - Flame and Map - Senedra Mountains. You will need to deliver these to Dolo Dulwich, who is trapped beyond a sealed door with Yohan Dulwich. You will need the Symbol - Flame to unlock the door.

Unhelpful, given it just says "go into the forest and find them." NE of the APC when you spawn in, on the battlefield side of the castle. Also, you don't need to find them first to start the quest, just need to find Dolo's items.
