Sage received new changes in the latest Dawntrail 7.05 patch. This includes a new feature that will allow Dykrasia II to enhance into Eukrasian Dyskrasia that will deal AOE damage over time to enemies, and a new party buff that will heal party members near the caster.

How to Use Kardia

Kardia is a skill that a Sage can cast on one of their party members which will give them the effect of Kardion. Every time the Sage attacks an enemy, the party member under Kardion will automatically gain HP.

Kardia 【Lv. 4】 Ability

Puts the caster under the effect of Kardia and a party member under the effect of Kardion. While under Kardion, HP gets restored whenever the caster uses magical attacks. Cure Potency: 170 Duration: Permanent

Cast Kardia at the Start of Battle

At the start of every dungeon or battle, immediately cast Kardia on a party member. This is where most healing will come from as a Sage. It is highly recommended to use Kardia on the tank.

How to Use Eukrasia Gauge

When you activate Eukaria, specific job actions will change effects (like a direct attack changing into a DOT).

Eukrasia can be toggled on and off at any time. When toggled on, the Eukrasia Gauge will light up.

How to Use Addersgall Gauge

The Addersgall Gauge is unlocked at Lv. 45 and grants Sage up to 3 stacks of Addersgall. Addersgall is used to instantly deploy various barrier heals with no casting time similar to Swiftcast.

The Addersgall Gauge will automatically accumulate Addersgall over time, even outside of combat. It takes 20 seconds for the bar to fill, granting 1 stack of Addersgall.

How to Use Addersting

Addersting is an addition to the Addersgall Gauge unlocked at Lv. 66. Addersting is used to instantly cast Toxikon and Toxikon II without using MP.

When barriers successfully consume damage, the Sage receives 1 stack of Addersting.

At the start of any dungeon or trial, cast Kardia on your tank. The tank sustains the most damage in a party so having a constant source of healing will greatly cancel a lot of that damage.

If you are starting in a dungeon, make sure that you have at least 1 Addersting by the time you reach the first boss. One of your main rotations will open with Toxikon so cast barrier spells like Eukrasian Diagnosis on your party members to gain stacks.

For heavy opening attacks, you can increase your healing potency with Krasis and Zoe. However, for content where your party's health will immediately drop to 1 HP , it is better to reserve Zoe for when you need to use Pneuma.
