Latest Sage Buffs in Patch 7.05

Sage received new changes in the latest Dawntrail 7.05 patch. This includes a new feature that will allow Dykrasia II to enhance into Eukrasian Dyskrasia that will deal AOE damage over time to enemies, and a new party buff that will heal party members near the caster.

To become a Sage, you must complete the quest Sage's Path, which can be accepted by reaching level 70 or above in any Disciple of War/Disciple of Magic job.

How to Use Kardia

Kardia is a skill that a Sage can cast on one of their party members which will give them the effect of Kardion. Every time the Sage attacks an enemy, the party member under Kardion will automatically gain HP.

Kardia 【Lv. 4】 Ability

Puts the caster under the effect of Kardia and a party member under the effect of Kardion. While under Kardion, HP gets restored whenever the caster uses magical attacks. Cure Potency: 170 Duration: Permanent

Cast Kardia at the Start of Battle

At the start of every dungeon or battle, immediately cast Kardia on a party member. This is where most healing will come from as a Sage. It is highly recommended to use Kardia on the tank.

How to Use Eukrasia Gauge

When you activate Eukaria, specific job actions will change effects (like a direct attack changing into a DOT).

Eukrasia can be toggled on and off at any time. When toggled on, the Eukrasia Gauge will light up.

How to Use Addersgall Gauge

The Addersgall Gauge is unlocked at Lv. 45 and grants Sage up to 3 stacks of Addersgall. Addersgall is used to instantly deploy various barrier heals with no casting time similar to Swiftcast.

The Addersgall Gauge will automatically accumulate Addersgall over time, even outside of combat. It takes 20 seconds for the bar to fill, granting 1 stack of Addersgall.

How to Use Addersting

Addersting is an addition to the Addersgall Gauge unlocked at Lv. 66. Addersting is used to instantly cast Toxikon and Toxikon II without using MP.

When barriers successfully consume damage, the Sage receives 1 stack of Addersting.

Have at least 1 Addersting on the Gauge

At the start of any dungeon or trial, cast Kardia on your tank. The tank sustains the most damage in a party so having a constant source of healing will greatly cancel a lot of that damage.

If you are starting in a dungeon, make sure that you have at least 1 Addersting by the time you reach the first boss. One of your main rotations will open with Toxikon so cast barrier spells like Eukrasian Diagnosis on your party members to gain stacks.

For heavy opening attacks, you can increase your healing potency with Krasis and Zoe. However, for content where your party's health will immediately drop to 1 HP , it is better to reserve Zoe for when you need to use Pneuma.

Offensive Magic Mastery Lv. 72	Upgrades Dosis to Dosis II, Phlegma to Phlegma II, and Eukrasian Dosis to Eukrasian Dosis II. Also increases the potency of Toxikon to 300.
Enhanced Kerachole Lv. 78	Adds an additional effect to Kerachole that grants healing over time.
Offensive Magic Mastery II Lv. 82	Upgrades Dosis II to Dosis III, Phlegma II to Phlegma III, Eukrasian Dosis II to Eukrasian Dosis III, Dyskrasia to Dyskrasia II, and Toxikon to Toxikon II.
Enhanced Healing Magic Lv. 85	Increases the healing potency of Diagnosis to 450 and Kardia to 170. Also increases the strength of barriers granted by Eukrasian Diagnosis to 180% the amount of HP restored, and Eukrasian Prognosis to 320% the amount of HP restored.
Enhanced Zoe Lv. 88	Reduces Zoe recast time to 90 seconds.
Enhanced Soteria Lv. 94	Reduces Soteria recast time to 60 seconds.
Magick Mastery Lv. 94	Increases the potency of Dosis III to 360, Toxikon II to 360, and Pneuma to 360.
Eukrasian Prognosis Mastery Lv. 96	Upgrades Eukrasian Prognosis to Eukrasian Prognosis II.
Enhanced Physis II Lv. 98	Extends the duration of the effect increasing HP recovered by healing actions to 15 seconds.
