Complete The Neoteric Witch Quest

You can unlock the AAC Light-heavyweight Tier (Savage) by completing the quest, The Neoteric Witch. Once you have done that, talk to Gabbro in Solution Nine (X:22.3 Y:17.1) as a level 100 Disciple of War/Magic and use the Raid Finder to enter the savage raid dungeon.

Added in Patch 7.05

AAC Light-heavyweight Tier (Savage) was added in Patch 7.05 of Dawntrail, and includes Savage modes for M1 to M4.
