The Rising 2024 Event will run from August 27 to September 11, 2024 with an all new Brushed-up Krile minion and new quests in Final Fantasy XIV Dawntrail (FF14). Read on to learn more about the event, including the event quest details, event items, and rewards!

To unlock The Rising 2024 event and start the Rising to the Call quest, talk to The Wandering Minstrel at Limsa Lominsa, Upper Decks. (X:11.3, Y:13.7)
The fastest way to get here would be to use Aetheryte Travel and go to The Aftcastle and make your way from there!

Completing the We Who Are About To Set Sail Salute You quest unlocks the For Eleven's Sake achievement, and Brushed-Up Krile Minion reward.
