Sage Lv. 100 Rotation Guide

New Sage Job Actions in Dawntrail

Eukrasian Dyskrasia	Lv.82 Potency: 40 Duration: 30s Recast: 1.5s An AoE DOT that is the Eukrasian form of Dyskrasia II. It cannot be stacked with Eukrasian Dosis III
Psyche	Lv.92 Potency: 600 on target, 50% less for surrounding targets Recast: 60s A new AoE attack. It has a 60s recast time and has no other restrictions so it can be used in bursts and group openers.
Eukrasian Prognosis II	Lv.96 Cure Potency: 100 Barrier Strength: 360% of HP restored Recast: 1.5s An upgraded version of Eukrasian Prognosis which increases the barrier strength by 40%. It cannot be stacked with Eukrasian Diagnosis or Scholar's Galvanize
Philosophia	Lv. 100 Increases healing magic potency by 20% Additional Effect: Grants self and nearby party members the effect of Eudaimonia Cure Potency: 150 Duration: 20s Recast: 180s Performing any spell restores HP for nearby party members. This is not just limited to healing spells but also attack spells.

Preparation

Cast Kardia on the Tank

Have at least 1 Addersting on the Gauge

At the start of any dungeon or trial, cast Kardia on your tank. The tank sustains the most damage in a party so having a constant source of healing will greatly cancel a lot of that damage.

If you are starting in a dungeon, make sure that you have at least 1 Addersting by the time you reach the first boss. One of your main rotations will open with Toxikon so cast barrier spells like Eukrasian Diagnosis on your party members to gain stacks.

For heavy opening attacks, you can increase your healing potency with Krasis and Zoe. However, for content where your party's health will immediately drop to 1 HP , it is better to reserve Zoe for when you need to use Pneuma.

Activate Eukrasia before the start of the battle so that your GCDs are ready by the time the tank initiates. You will not be able to use Dosis while Eukrasia is active so start the battle with Toxikon. Toxikon is also very useful for dodging or switching positions.

There is a very slight delay before Toxikon is able to hit so you can start casting on the count of 1 second. However, be careful of hitting the enemy before the tank. Make sure you communicate or watch your tank's movements before casting so you are not targeted by the enemy's auto-attack.

If you run out or if you just do not want to waste Addersting, you can also switch Toxikon with Pneuma. However, Pneuma has a 120 second recast time and a strong AoE cure potency, so you should save this rotation for critical situations.

Philosophia Can Be Stacked with Kardia

Philosophia is a Lv. 100 skill that acts a lot like Kardia but can target multiple party members. When the Sage casts any kind of spell, party members will receive healing for 20 seconds. This effect also stacks with Kardia, allowing tanks to receive continuous healing whenever the Sage attacks. This can be useful for very dire situations where the tank or other party members might be receiving heavy damage in little time.
