Open Treasure Chart #4 to reveal the location. Once you have arrived, pull the Piece of Heart up with the Grappling Hook.

Bomb Bag Upgrade

Bomb the Entrance of the Southern Fairy Island

Bomb the wooden gate blocking the way to the conch shell to get access to a Fairy Fountain where a Great Fairy resides.

The Fairy will increase the maximum capacity of your Bomb Bag, allowing you to carry more bombs.

Sea Platforms

Climbing up Sea Platform

There are three Sea Platforms located in this quadrant. Destroy all the cannons on the two Sea Platforms that have ladders; this will cause a chest containing Treasure Chart 40 to appear in the middle platform. Glide down using the Deku Leaf from one of the other platforms to open the chest.
