Tighten Belts to reduce food consumption in Frostpunk 2. Find out if you should tighten belts or order emergency shifts, and learn the outcome and consequences of each choice!
Choice | Outcome |
---|---|
Tighten Belt |
・Hunger is significantly increased ・Food Demand per capita is decreased |
Emergency Shifts |
・Production Efficiency increased ・Trust falls slightly |
These objectives appear once you establish a Food District for the first time in the Prologue. Both choices can be done simultaneously, but they are completely optional and will not affect any elements of the story.
Both objectives will help solve the food crisis but we recommend doing Tighten Belts as this will decrease the food consumption by your people. This means your Food Districts will stock food faster to fill up the 40k stockpile objective requirement for the Prologue.
