| People Resource | Description |
|---|---|
| Population | ・A measurement of how fast your city is growing. ・The number of people coming into your city and new people being born within. ・Increases through good management of the city, or through finding survivors in the Frostland. ・Decreases when people die due to unaddressed problems. |
| Workforce |
・Increases by passing laws, or by getting people from the Districts. ・Decreases when people get sick or injured in your population. ・Used to create new Districts, Buildings and Frostbreak. |
| Guard Squads |
・They directly decrease Squalor. ・Increases by building watchtowers. ・Increases by choosing the "Mobilise Enforcers" options with the Stalwarts faction. |
| Frostland Teams | ・They are used to explore the Frostland. ・Increases by building Logistics Buildings and/or Buildings within that District. |

| People Resource | Description |
|---|---|
| Prefabs | ・Used to construct any kind of Buildings or Districts. ・Can be obtained through the Industrial Districts, Abandoned Ruins, or by demolishing Districts or Buildings who ran out of resources. |
| Cores |
・Used for building advanced Buildings and generator upgrades. ・ Can be obtained by exploring the Frostland. |
| Heat |
・Used to lessen the cold and keep the population stable. ・It is produced by the generator. |
| Heat Stamps | ・Used for frostbreaking, building Districts, research, or funding projects for factions to improve relations. ・Can be obtained through Goods Demand, certain Laws and Buildings. ・The bigger your population is, the more Heat Stamps you can gather. |
| Shelter | ・They are essential in preventing cold and give comfort to your community. ・Can be obtained by building Housing Districts. |
| Food | ・They are needed to avoid making your population go hungry and to avoid raising tension. ・ Can be obtained by building Food Districts. ・Can be obtained by discovering Harvesting Areas in Frostlands. |
| Materials | ・They are used to maintain Districts, and Buildings. ・They are used to manufacture Prefabs or Goods. ・Can be obtained by building Extraction Districts in Material nodes. |
| Goods | ・They are items that will satisfy the needs and desires of people living in the City. ・Can be obtained building Industrial Districts. |
Resources are needed to survive the frost and maintain the needs of the people in the city. If any of these resources are lacking, Disease, Hunger, Squalor, Crime, or even Crime will rise. The longer these problems are unresolved, the more Tension will rise which will erupt chaos into the city.
Some resources are required to expand your city, such as constructing buildings, expanding districts, or even researching an idea in the Idea Tree.
