What is Mog Station?
An Account Management Website
Mog Station is an account management system where you mainly use to renew your subscription or update your account. You can also keep track of all your purchases and upgrade to Collector's Edition if you want some bonus rewards.

Aside from these, you can also purchase Crysta, a currency used for paying various content such as subscription fees or in-game items. You can also redeem Item Codes that you received from certain special events and view your Purchase History if ever you need to.
Where to Find Mog Station
Top right Icon in the Launcher
The easiest way to get to the Mog Station is to click the top right icon in the launcher. This can be accessed from both PC and console but you can also search for it on any search engine.
What to Do If Your Purchase Has Not Arrived
Request an Item from Delivery Moogle
If your purchases have not been delivered to your account after a certain amount of time, you can request to process the purchased item from the Moogle Letter Box. These are located throughout all the major cities with a Letter icon in the map.
Can I Return an Item?
As of now, there is no possible way to refund a purchase, especially for Subscription fees and Expansions. Please be careful when you make your purchases as it is easy to make a mistake.
